A hands-on cooking experience for kids — learn to prepare Asian cuisine from scratch in a fun, supportive kitchen environment.

What We’re Making

  • Vietnamese Spring Rolls — fresh rice paper rolls filled with vegetables, herbs, and protein
  • Korean Kimbap — sushi-style rolls with seasoned rice, vegetables, and fillings

What Students Will Learn

  • Knife safety

  • Rolling techniques
  • Flavor combinations from different cultures

Meet Your Instructor

Chi Reece
Chi Reece — Founder & Program Director, Shoreline Scholars

Chi holds a degree in Chemistry and Mathematics and has 20 years of experience teaching math, science, and yoga at a private micro school in Atlanta. Originally from Hong Kong, she brings a deep love of Asian cuisine and a passion for sharing cultural traditions through food. As a homeschooling mother, Chi believes hands-on experiences like cooking build confidence, curiosity, and real-world skills that kids carry with them far beyond the kitchen.
